This small, pre-civil war townhouse had been neglected and divided into 6 units. The work expanded the subgrade area, restored the street façade, and recomposed the rear façades to increase the light and view to the block interior. The house is converted to 3 units (two floor-through apartments and a duplex), each of which have private outdoor space. The rooftop and rear garden are extensively landscaped. The planning is extremely efficient, with well-scaled spaces and high-functioning apartments.
